Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026. This policy explains what MLE Advisory LLC collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
MLE Advisory LLC is a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States.
Contact us at enquiries@mleadvisory.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, organisation, email address, location and anything you write in an enquiry form or send us by email.
Assessment responses. Where you or your organisation engage us, the answers individuals give to our diagnostic instruments.
Basic technical data. Our host records standard server logs including IP address and browser type. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to profile you.
Assessment responses, specifically
This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly.
Individual responses to our instruments are never shown to your employer, your colleagues or anyone else in your organisation. What the client organisation receives is an aggregated pattern across the team, and a personal report that goes only to the individual who completed it.
We may use de-identified, aggregated response data to build and improve benchmarks. De-identified means your name, your email address and your employer are removed and cannot be reconstructed from what remains.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, to deliver an engagement you or your organisation has commissioned, to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to improve our instruments. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
We use a small number of service providers to run the practice, including a website host, an email provider, a form handler and an assessment platform. They process data on our instructions only. We use the VIA Institute on Character survey in some engagements, and where we do, that survey is completed on their platform under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twenty four months. Engagement records are kept for seven years to meet tax and professional obligations. Individual assessment responses are retained for the life of the engagement plus twelve months, so that re-measurement is possible, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to enquiries@mleadvisory.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are in California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what is collected and the right to deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act.
If you are in the European Economic Union, the United Kingdom or Australia, you have equivalent rights under your own law and the same address reaches us.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to anyone with a current engagement.
